Carver, 530 Voyager Pilothouse (2001)

A low hour, freshwater, covered slip kept vessel in TN until a previous owner brought her down to Florida @ 2018.  She is now owned by an incredibly knowledgeable, OCD, "safety first",  meticulous boat owner and commercial fisherman who doesn't just let her sit and rot on the dock --- he cruises her regularly.  He and his family spent the past 12+ months going through every system on the boat with an open checkbook: updating, upgrading, and cruising deep into the Exumas, Bahamas.  There isn't a system on this vessel that has not been looked at and either upgraded, updated, or repaired/replaced -- and Seller has all the receipts to prove it.

The only reason for selling is they are upgrading to a MUCH larger vessel, so it is time to let "Copper" go.

This fantastic example of Carver's MOST popular model has been priced aggressively to market, is in turn-key condition, and is absolutely dripping with new or extremely recent systems upgrades, including all-new electronics in 2019, flybridge air and heat to take the Florida heat down a notch, new (2022) HVAC in the boat, VERY recent survey (2021), along with several years worth of historical oil samples and spectrographic reports available to the next Buyer upon request.

Here's a non-exhaustive list of upgrades/services done to "Copper" in the past 12 months:

1: Full service of engines & generator including:
- Replaced all raw water impellers
- Pulled both aftercoolers, cleaned, and replaced housing on port engine w/ new housing.
- Replaced all rubber raw water hoses and clamps on both engines.
- Oil/Filters/Engine Zincs

2: Replaced single Racor filter with Racor Duplex filters ($3k)

3: Replaced Salon and Pilothouse AC units w/ new Dometic 15k btu units. ($20k)

4: Ceramic "wax" coated boat superstructure and hull 6/22 ($4k)

5: Replaced galley dishwasher with new stainless Frigidaire.

6: Replaced stock fridges w/ Vitrifrigo drawer fridge/freezers ($7k)

7: Full service of vacuflush system: New seals on heads, rebuilt both pumps and overboard discharge pump.

8: Major upgrade to AC/Inverter systems. Victron system installed w/ 1200 amp hours of Lithium batteries, new monitoring system, auto switch overs, etc. ($37k). With this system you can run the master bedroom AC off of the batteries for up to 7 hours (depending on temp).

9: New washing machine in master bedroom.

10: New reverse osmosis system installed at galley sink.

11: New bottom paint, zincs & prop/rudder paint 2/2022

PLUS, in the past 18 months or so:

NEW flooring (2021), a NEW induction range (21) and microwave in galley (21), the rare dishwasher option, upgraded LED lighting, NEW Seadek (2021) (still under warranty), NEW faucets in heads and galley, NEW late model style upgraded steering wheels, NEW lines and fenders, NEW Smart TVs in salon and Master (2021), NEW gray water sump pump, both toilets rebuilt (2021), NEW fire extinguishers and CO detectors (2021)... the list goes on even further, but you get the idea.

Again, she is being offered in truly well above average condition --- what that means is that as far as the Seller's are aware, there should not be any mechanical, safety, or functionality deficiencies.  Cosmetically too, she is in well above average condition, thanks in large part to her low hours and her very short time in a saltwater environment, with the only eventual update that will need to be performed at some point in the next few years being the flybridge enclosures.
