"The Azimut 48 Flybridge is sophisticated and fast motoryacht whose sleek styling commands attention in any crowd. The 48 is more than just a pretty face, however. Her extended flybridge—with its large aft seating area and offset helm position—dwarfs most anything in her class.
On the main deck, the cockpit has a comfortable four-person divan that conceals access to the stern locker. At the stern, the hydraulic swim platform can house a jet ski or tender. At the bow is a sunbathing area for two people.
Large walkways with tall handrails keep guests safe as they move from one area to another. The salon has a U-shaped sofa that pulls out to form a double bed. The dinette is forward to port, across from the lower helm station.
The wheelhouse seats two with instruments laid out on the console and ceiling. On the lower deck is the full-service galley with pantry, microwave, and dishwasher compartment. Below decks are three twin-bed cabins and two heads with separate showers.
Three-segment, rectangular panoramic windows provide light, and a porthole opens to the ocean air. Cummins 600hp QSC 8.3L V-drive diesels with joystick controls cruise at 25–27 knots (30+ knots top).
